NineLine C.I.E. is a young and dynamic enterprise which offers its services to stakeholders and interested partners in the domain of air-to-ground effects which include TACP, JTAC, JTAC-I/E, CJFS and ground force commanders.
With more than a decade of experience and an extensive amount of knowledge we provide advice, detailed instruction, training and evaluation in the domain of Close Air Support and other relevant procedures, use of equipment and access to partners.
Frans is co-founder of NineLine C.I.E. He has 17 years of experience with the Dutch Defence, half of his career as an infantry officer. He became JTAC in 2016 and conducted missions as such. For more than 2 years he organized training for CAS and CCA within the airmobile brigade. From 2020 he worked as a JTAC-I/E for the Dutch Expertise Centre 3rd Dimension. This role requires focus on innovation and development. Frans has a lot of experience with DACAS, datalinks and other networks.
In 2022 Frans left active service as a NATO and US accredited JTAC-I/E.
Pieter is co-founder of NineLine C.I.E. From 2013 until 2022 he was JTAC within an operational unit of the Belgian Defence. First as FST leader, later as Deputy Chief Joint Fires and later as Chief Joint Fires and JTAC-I/E. During his career he conducted different missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. During his time as non-commissioned officer, from 2003 until 2018, he followed a lot of courses forming him as teacher and instructor to organize training and evaluations. Pieter his last function was Chief Joint Fires and JTAC-I/E in the Arty Bn of the Belgian Army.
In 2022 Pieter left active service as a NATO and US accredited JTAC-I/E.
Marc is co-founder of NineLine C.I.E. He was part of the airmobile brigade from 2003 until 2022. The last 12 years as an infantry officer. He became JTAC in 2017 and JTAC-I in 2021. During his career he conducted missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Mali where he gained an enormous experience on integration with UAS and CAS during land and airmobile operations. Performed as JTAC and leading element on a tactical and operational level in an infantry company.
In 2022 Marc left active service as a NATO and US accredited JTAC-I.
